As Collingwood Bowling Club continues to advance in all quarters.

Following a hard-fought 2018, resulting in promotion to Division One of the Clegg League, we look forward to the 2019 out-door season with anticipation.

Whilst we continue to strive on the bowling green, other members have been working tirelessly in the background.

None more so than Collingwood’s Business Manager, Alan Hall who has been relentless in his pursuit of funds to enable the club to forward its project in extending and improving the current clubhouse.

Happily, Alan has been able to announce to the membership that the project has now started and the building will hopefully be completed in the early part of the season.

We all look forward to seeing a building that will greatly benefit Collingwood’s members and visiting club members alike.

We are of course looking – as ever - to maintain the green to ensure good quality bowling.

The progress of the building work will be updated – before and after – and can be seen by visiting the Gallery part of our website.
